Longer term plan for atacama-1 and atacama-3

Description

After the SkyWiki merge, a longer term plan for optimal server usage needs to be worked out. I’d propose the following:

  1. Temporarily move the read only SkyWiki backup to atacama-1
  2. Reimage atacama-3 as a proxmox host
  3. Move WikiOasis and SkyWiki onto VMs on atacama-3
  4. Reimage atacama-1 as a proxmox host
  5. Come up with a proper long term infra plan for using the servers

atacama-1 will be decommissioned and replaced with cloud1, while atacama-3 has been reimaged as cloud2 and will be used as a storage server for media in the longer term
