Please provide steps to reproduce the error.

What happened that shouldn't have?
"A database query error has occurred." "Error 1054: Unknown column 'c1.cl_to' in 'ON'"

What should have happened?
a list of pages should've displayed (in the case of https://gender.wikioasis.org/wiki/Template:User_Rights/Requests a list of past user rights requests)

DPLForum is not compatible with 1.45 on issue-tracker.miraheze.org (https://issue-tracker.miraheze.org/T14963)
Extension:DynamicPageList3 (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DynamicPageList3) is also not compilable with MediaWiki 1.45. Extension:DynamicPageList4 (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:DynamicPageList4) was written to be compilable with MediaWiki 1.45.
Extension:DynamicPageList compatibly is likely to be incompatible with MediaWiki 1.45 and is being deprecated on newer wikis (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T287380)

update: The developer (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T423964) says the issue is fixed and all wikioasis needs to do update the extension. I tried tracking down what version is needed but my only clue is the commit by the developer (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/DPLforum/+/1239794)

Done, updated DPLForum globally. You may need to update the namespace to "Forum archive" in that query.
