Wontfix now, Wikibase is used by a small subset of wikis of which none actually use it; if a wiki comes along and specifically requests it then we can look at fixes however for now this will take up too much team time.

atacama-1 will be decommissioned and replaced with cloud1, while atacama-3 has been reimaged as cloud2 and will be used as a storage server for media in the longer term

Should now be resolved with the switch to running jobs on mwtask11 and running the web server on wikioasis11

It's more a case of when the jobs do run they are very intensive; although now mwtask11 is online job running is less intensive, but the cross continent latency for mwtask11 does still slow it down.
