Resolved except phorge emails but I'll look into that this month

I think I've found a fix, I'm not sure what the underlying cause is however I'll push out a fix sometime today to all wikis that should as far as I can tell fix it.

Fixed, the custom domain wasn't setup in cloudflare as an allowed subdomain for the captcha, this has now been fixed

CentralAuth is no longer required.

SecurePoll now doesn't work when you're creating polls, not sure why.

Might be better to setup our own mailserver further down the line instead?
