Miiohau changed the point value for T96: DPLforum causes error on 1.45.3 from 8 to 1.

update: The developer (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T423964) says the issue is fixed and all wikioasis needs to do update the extension. I tried tracking down what version is needed but my only clue is the commit by the developer (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/DPLforum/+/1239794)
